can I  report on line every three months?

or did I dream it?

NO you shall out of the country every 90 day.... It is only for extensions of stay and O-A VISA that reports to Thailands local immigration-officies every 90 days

Depends on what have.

12 months multiple non-O obtained at a consulate abroad = must leave the country every 90 days.

12 months multiple entry non-OA obtained at your home country embassy = 90 day reporting at immigration. (this one gives you one year stamp at entry)

12 months extension of stay obtained at immigration in Thailand = 90 day reporting.

 

Check the entry stamp you got on arrival it will tell you when you must leave the country.

 

Unlimited entries of 90 days so have to leave the country every 90 days.
