You seriously think she's really missing? Do you think her brother, his PR machine, her son, her husband, all her siblings and in-laws, all the PTP party doyens and UDD mouth pieces, would be this stone silent if they didn't know where she was?

Suicide - you actually believe a billionaire hiso elite would contemplate suicide?

They are holding her son in country.

Yingluck maybe knows something too ?
We can only speculate until she turns up.

as for her son
many have been held for 2 weeks or more without their friends or family knowing whats going on....euphemistically called "attitude adjustment"

She knows everything!

The army is putting her son through training. Thats all.

Do check your facts before posting incorrectly.

Or are you suggesting no other similar students are doing exactly the same, with parental approval and financing?

Where ever she was headed she never made it.

You're overlooking a couple of salient points. First, Thaksin has said nothing about his sister's dissappearance and secondly he owns a private jet.

Why dont ThaiVisa post a report from The Nation when there is something concrete to post rather than this continuing speculation?

Not true.

The program he is attending is a personal / family decision, not compulsory.

Many attend because it fulls cancels their need to participate in the conscription lottery in their early twenties.

she hasn't made contact with anybody, so the big questions must start being asked soon, is she alive or dead? if dead who had her killed? I sure the general and his side kick even if they helped her escape, would be starting to get worried about those questions now, it would be to their advantage if she made positive contact soon.

the day after she left there was a BIG photo of here being greeted by taksin! and it was taken at an airport. so i guess the only people who don't know where she is at is the government!

And there is a private jet capable airport in Cambodia just 60 minutes over the border from Sa Kaow.

Easy to step across the Thai/Cambodia border, no passport check, said airport doesn't have passport bearocracy stuff, easy for pilot to just fly in / fly out.

He called it the first “solid evidence” to emerge from a two-week investigation of Yingluck taking the easterly route.

'... might have been carrying ...' is not solid evidence.

He's attending a free choice course (no push from anybody), with family approval.

Many Thai boys register for an attend this course (with parental approval) because it fully cancels the normal requirement for all Thai men to attend the conscription ballet in their early twenties.

A clue! A clue!

A 'might have' is presented as solid evidence.

Magic police work.

Are these public appearances anything to do with political broo-hawing in a lead-up to elections, rather?

Is the wearing of tutus at this event compulsory?

It's hardly 'free choice'  :cheesy:  he has to do it as it's part of Thailand's Military brainwashing education.

Still a mystery like why she asked for the court postponement citing illness if she already planned her escape. And why the silent after 2 weeks and no evidence that she has left the country. I think there are still negotiation in the background and she may turn up on the 26 Sept.

Interesting they wish to bring the driver in for "interrogation" and not for questioning. Seems to me he will be brought in and the nature of the interrogation will depend on him telling what they want to hear, be it truth or not!

And get punished for contempt of court for not turning up as ordered by the court and no medical certificate ever provided and her lawyer claimed on the day he had no idea what was happening or where she was.

On the other hand anything is possible with tricky unethical folks.

She did request for a court postponement citing illness but was denied and arrest warrant was issued. Would not expect the junta friendly court to accept postponement. Just pressure and hope she flee. This is not a time for independent court.
