cooked
I have often wondered why in such rural country as Thailand they don't seem to possess such knowledge as is necessary for using working dogs especially, but also for hawks. However today I stopped upon seeing this guy that had two hawks, and seemed to know what he was doing. Limited Thai on my part prevented me from getting more information, but he did mention the word Switzerland a couple of times, my country and where I saw plenty of hawkers. Is this a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Changeable_hawk-eagle ? I couldn't find any information about hawking in Thailand at all.
Big Guns
There's a place in Sai Noi, Nothaburi and they use birds of prey including hawks, owls and eagles. It's a business for them as firms hire them to get rid of vermin. They also have German Short Haired Pointers that they use with the birds.
