90 day reporting

Featured Replies

I have the yearly visa went to Laos for a 4 day break

had the yearly re-entry approved before departing

question is on the 90 day reporting  does it start from the date I arrived back in Thailand

Or the previous  original date

thank you

The date you arrived back is day 1 of a new 90 day count.

Can you tell us what 'the yearly visa' you have is?

Thanks.

Could be an OA visa

Does it matter what the visa is? Still have to do 90 days reporting whatever visa...Elite or what.

It does not matter what visa was used for entry or extension of stay you have. If you stay longer than 90 consecutive days in the country you have to do a 90 day report.

Or an extension of 60 day based on marriage which is reporting anyway in a fashion

A bit irrelevant to the discussion. Most extensions done are for one year or even 90 days back to back (other than 30 day extensions of tourist visa and visa exempt entries).

The first extension application is considered a 90 day report. Then if you could stay longer than 90 days a report would be due.

Sure if taken out of context. It is a general response to the question asked.

If you actually had a non-o visa valid for a year it would be a multiple entry visa that only allows 90 day entries which would mean no 90 day reports would be needed.

I assume you have a one year extension of stay issued by immigration.
