elviajero
The date you arrived back is day 1 of a new 90 day count.

wgdanson
Does it matter what the visa is? Still have to do 90 days reporting whatever visa...Elite or what.

It does not matter what visa was used for entry or extension of stay you have. If you stay longer than 90 consecutive days in the country you have to do a 90 day report. Or an extension of 60 day based on marriage which is reporting anyway in a fashion

Most extensions done are for one year or even 90 days back to back (other than 30 day extensions of tourist visa and visa exempt entries). The first extension application is considered a 90 day report. Then if you could stay longer than 90 days a report would be due.

shackleton
Hi guys the yearly Visa is a Non -O thankyou for the replies

I assume you have a one year extension of stay issued by immigration.
