Becker Posted September 26, 2017 Share Posted September 26, 2017 I have recently had some enormous water bills due to a leaking underground tank and want to keep a closer eye on my consumption. Can somebody please explain how to read my water meter in terms of amount and price? I live in Pattaya so guess that has an impact on the price as I assume it's not the same all over Thailand.
