I have a multiple non-o visa based on marriage.

I have been back home in switzerland and applied for a new passport.

My visa in my old passport is valid until october.

Will come back to thailand next week.

Is it a problem to come back to thailand with two passports or do I have to transfer the visa to the new passport?

 What about making a borderrun just before the visa expires?

Any problems?

You can't transfer a visa. The visa remains valid in the old passport. Just show both passports on entry and make sure the IO sees/uses the visa.

 

No problem doing a border run. Again, show both passports.
