While it should be possible the reality is who the heck knows, This is another case of screwball information released to the public with unintended results. The reality is we will know in six months and until that time we will all be testing the water.

So aaechan, It should work but there is no gaurentee, If you plan to get a 60 day visa in KL you should get there very early to the consulate, the lines are growing.

Just after X-mass, I got my second 60+30 tourist visa in a row in Penang. No Problems. No problems at immigration at the airport neither.

(Belgian national, with a truckload of 30-days stamps in his passport before the first TV)

First week of January got a second 60 day issued (first one had 30 extension from bkk immigration). First one was issued from home country (USA) and second one from Hong Kong. As previous poster, no second looks at consulate or immigration upon arrival at airport. (There are no other stamps in passport, ie visa runs) In fact, partner took more time with non-immigrant 'b' and work permit (5 minutes) and lots of checking....

As is always said, dress nice and show respect..
