chickenslegs
My experience is that low value items sent by normal post (Royal Mail in my case) and delivered by Thailand Post, do not get assessed for duties/tax. I believe that the limit is under 1,500 Baht value. The link here shows that, strictly speaking, any item of commercial value can be taxed - but it seems that Customs are usually not interested in the low value goods. http://en.customs.go.th/content.php?ini_content=individuals_151007_04&lang=en&left_menu=menu_individuals_151007_04
WorriedNoodle
Isn't sending chocolates to the tropics by post a bit daft? They'll be crushed and melted.

Must be sent mid December as that is only time of year thai climate in bkk might be ok. 28 degrees celsius is upper limit for Mon cheri.some companies have heat resistant chocolate, not ferrer.
