Their values of life were pretty much in par with mine. Education, self improvement, following what one self wishes to do. 

Simple good life values.

I detest both the 'Allah u akbar' crowd and the 'Heil Hitler' crowd.

 

Yes, since several years ago, the Allah-u akbar fascists pose more danger, but one shouldn't forget history, man. Don't forget the 1930's.
