This is specifically for Monday coming up. I can't find anything stating whether or not it's closed on Monday. Tuesday is a holiday and it's closed for sure this I know. And my second question is this is the correct location for the visa extension or is it the old location by the airport for marriage visa extension?

Immigration will only be closed on Tuesday the 5th.

You will do it at Promenada. The old office is still closed as far as I know.
