Should it ever happen, I believe it will most likely be a female. But it won't be anyone like my first girlfriend, who boasted having a Bachelor Degree. When I asked what it was for, she said it was for hairdressing. However deep was her study, she graduated with the knowledge that Austria and Australia were just two spellings of the same place and of course it was in Europe. Yes, money plays a big part but if the girl scores a genuine guy, the relationship may well give a whole new slant on life. The smarter ones being aware that their children will most likely have better opportunities if the father is a farang. That said, the smart Thai boys do stand a very good chance of keeping their girls. Are you going to quit your job? Will you let her take care of you? When she leaves you what job and what money do you have now? Certainly no more money than what you started with.
