This is a recently introduced service for applicants, and sponsors, who have trouble completing the visa application form.  It looks like a free service ?

Good initiative Tony, but being UK based with a walk in service at a few libraries in the country I wonder how much use it would be to those making applications from overseas, which I imagine would be the vast majority, though they could phone l suppose.
It might be of some help to those in the UK sponsoring their partner and doing the donkey work.
I'll have a look at pinning it when I get back home at the weekend.
