Where is the most luxurious condo building in the Pattaya / Jomtien areas?

When I retire ( in which it won't be this year and unlikely next year )

I would like to live in a high class condo building where there is a doorman and security and spas ,saunas , good gym

I am told of the Copacabana in Jomtien however researching this it appears there are a lot of Airbnb customers in there

I don't want to be sharing with noisy kids screaming etc and young party goers

Please spare me the melodramas with these type of "groups"

Is Copacabana the Condo I walked past with the red car out the front near the markets in Jomtien or am I perhaps thinking of another building ?

What about the NAKLUA part , are there any luxurious condo buildings there perhaps for a man of my academic introvert background

I don't like loud music , loud groups of young tattooed low class people not screaming families

As someone who has worked shift work mostly by myself on the night shift I want a clean beautiful luxurious building

It's a freaking fishing village turned into a free range whorehouse,for Christ's sake...I mean family friendly golf destination which of course is loaded with golf carts and old people into swinging --wait that's The Villages in Florida. My mistake. 😄
