Can I get an opinion on what best app, English to Thai and Thai to English please ?

Google translate is the best of the bunch.

But you really need to know a bit of Thai yourself to sort the obvious mistakes.

I really like Thai Fast Dictionary, a free app.

I agree. Note that it's also available for Android (which I'm using) and Windows.

The other GREAT app is แปลเสียง ไทย- อังกฤษ but it is only for Android. It translates dictated speech.
