Can someone give me a recommendation of a skilled and trustworthy real estate agent? Can speak Thai and English, can sell to Thai and foreign buyers. I need to be able to do a lot of the work from a distance until I can take the trip and finalize the sale in person in NST, so someone with the ability to work together with me through email/Line/Skype etc would be prefered.
