Anyone have an idea how much it would cost in a metered taxi from the Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Twin Towers Hotel 88 Rong Muang, Patumwan which is in the vicinity of National Stadium.

I just paid 315 from airport to Sukhumvit, Soi 11, so 350 should easily do it. You'll be asked to pay 50 baht as a sort of airport fee + 65 baht tolls, plus the meter, which should run something around 210-240, depending on traffic (which increases the wait time you are charged).
