The 90 days due date stamp inside passport is in January 2018. Would like to ask must we go to Savannakhet Laos to renew our Non-imm O marriage visa in January 2018 OR can we fly out in January and received another new 90 days stamp? Will the immigration officer granted us another 90 days although the visa expire in February? Or will the immigration just give us remaining days till February? lopburi3 Posted December 14, 2017 Share Posted December 14, 2017 You have a multi entry non immigrant O visa? So any entry prior to its expiration date will get a new 90 day entry. What is not clear is why you have anything in passport about 90 day report as such a visa does not allow you to stay longer than 90 days per entry so 90 day reports would not be required.
