Adreas Mobious, 52, allegedly stole a cap and pair of sunglasses from a Pattaya mall. He was caught by security guards. Mobious was arrested and taken to Pattaya Police Station where he was charged with theft of less than 5,000 baht in merchandise. Police officers then transferred the German to the Chonburi Immigration Office, where they discovered some undisclosed visa issues.
