Then wire money to your account wallet with itBIT. Buy bitcoin. Then send the bitcoin to either binance or kucoin. Buy any of the other altcoins with ease. Coinbase is for babies and a waste of time. By the way, I did not use a VPN when submitting documents and getting approved. I haven't tried itBit, so can't comment on it...but I will look into that as well.
