The manic
I don't really like beaches. I prefer the restaurants and bars.

No no no!..what am I thinking! A "Baby Waterfront" condo would be more appropriate. Of course the size will depend on the size of the "envelope". Way before this, my first visit was 1980, traffic went down walking street turned left at Simon Cabaret then into VC hotel area. So from the boxing booth at the start of the street to past Simon Cabaret structures were there without a gap. Bali hai pier was not there as the pier was at the start of walking street. Just to note Jomptien was only a beach, with Sugar Hut being there at the Dong tang police site. Palm beach hotel site was a large pond with Buffalo wallowing. all the front both sides of the beach track were coconut palms.
