davhend25
Do government offices need or want color photocopies or black and white? When I went for my first 90-day report, I had color copies and they rejected them and told me to bring back copies in black and white. This is very confusing. I would think that color would make it easier to see all the stamps and visas in the passport book. Also easier to read a foreign driver's license. Any thoughts or advice on this would be appreciated! Thanks, DH
mogandave
If they want black and white I would take black and white.

Yes, I understand that, but what about future encounters with government agencies as in driver's licenses and things like that? Is there some unwritten protocol that these folks prefer or require black and white photocopies? If so, I'll stop wasting the more expensive color ink for future copies. Thanks for your kind reply. mogandave
It's been my experience black and white is always acceptable. You could always just take both
Thanyaburi Mac
I was at Pathum Immigration this afternoon with my B&W copies. The gal wanted color for several pages, but happily for me, she went and did the copies herself on the govt's machine. Mac

OP, you think too mutt. All Thais have to transact many different things at government offices every year. The majority can't afford color copies.
