TheFox Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Hi Thaivisaers, My wife entered the country on a 90 days non-O. We have all the required documents to submit her extension to 1 year. Do we need to wait until a certain amount of days are left on her initial visa (the last 30 days?) or can we just go extend it to the full year at immigration at any time?
