I just recently got my teachers license extended and I believe it states that I'm required to attend a workshop or something of sorts. I know about the Thai culture course but it doesn't sound like they're talking about that course but something along a workshop to improve my teaching (I could be wrong though). For the teaching license it is a requirement that you do several activities to uphold your knowledge. I'm talking about a teachers license. Would you know where in Thailand I can look to for seminars and training courses? I have never come across any course (in English). I have decided to do a few short free courses through the internet. Many university now offer free-online courses.
