Teachers License-Course required

Hello,

I'm currently teaching in a school in Nakhon Phanom. I just recently got my teachers license extended and I believe it states that I'm required to attend a workshop or something of sorts. I know about the Thai culture course but it doesn't sound like they're talking about that course but something along a workshop to improve my teaching (I could be wrong though). Could anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance,

Are you talking about a teaching license or waiver for the teaching license?

For the teaching license it is a requirement that you do several activities to uphold your knowledge. This can be in the form of training courses, seminars, etc.

Thank you for your response. I'm talking about a teachers license. Would you know where in Thailand I can look to for seminars and training courses? The only thing I can find is TEFL courses which I already possess a TEFL certificate and a B.S. degree

The activities allowed are mentioned in the license renewal form, where you have to show them. Download it from the krusapa website.

I have never come across any course (in English). I have decided to do a few short free courses through the internet. Many university now offer free-online courses. With many you can, for payment, have your identity checked and get a statement of participation.

examples are:
