davidst01
The wife and I are re-locating to a new area. On the weekend we found a house to rent. The owner wants us to take the keys and start paying rent by mid March. He said he would sign the TM30 and give to me along with id card and tabian bahn and that I can take it to immigration on his behalf. I will do the TM28. But my contract at work finishes end of March and I will revert to an ext of stay based on marriage . Its in the province where we are living at the moment 6 hours away from the new area (i.e. different immigration office). We are technically only going to move into the new pad around the 10th April before songkran. What do I do about the date problem bc our lease contract will say mid March. Do we simply just put the mid April date on the TM 28 and TM30 and lie to them or will they ask to see our lease? Whats the solution? thanks Edited February 12, 2018 by davidst01
Popular Post Tanoshi
The TM28 and TM30 should be dated from the date you take up the occupancy. i.e. The date of arrival at the address. The start date of the contract is irrelevant.
