Am looking at Phi Phi ( been there twice before in Feb - very hot!) and also Koh Yai Noi. Where would the best island be for this time of the year where we have a high chance of clear glassy water ( love to snorkel) Am open to any suggestions including the gulf islands.

September is wet season on the west coast - not good diving conditions. Better to try Samui area.
