I worked for a company that has closed.  They outsourced their accounting to another small company.  I am told I need to obtain my 50Twai in order to file my personal income tax.  I am due to get a decent return.

The accounting company says they will not release my 50Twai to me because the company did not pay their bills to the accountant.  I assume this can't be legal as I was just an employee there and have nothing to do with their outstanding bills.

Any suggestions how to approach this?

The Thai Revenue is one of the easiest and most friendly government departments to deal with, go talk to them and they will solve the problem.
