The Americans and Europeans should cut foreign aid to Cambodia completely. The decadence and arrogance of the Cambodian elite is disgusting. The greed and corruption is off the scale. Hun Sen and his cronies steal most of the aid money to fund their grotesque lifestyles - leaving most other Cambodians to try and survive at subsistence level.

Does that mean if America continued to give them a handout they'd not fight colonialism ?
