Trying to grow a lawn up clay county.

 

Any ideas of a Super grass that can handle Monsoons and months of drought ? Also same with land scaping. How to make nice without offending ? Plants that like NE T.

You will need more than 50 baht budget for that. Soil improvement and irrigation for establishment and during dry season are essential for anything but local weeds.
