wayned Posted March 11, 2018 Share Posted March 11, 2018 The normal PEA/MEA consumption rate is around 4 baht/kwh. It does not matter what size meter you have, 5/15, 15/45 or 30/100. In order to qualify for that rate your house has to be finished and a blue book issued. During the construction you can get a temporary meter but the rate is higher. I don't know what that rate is.
