A premium city hotel, recently opened in Yangon, Myanmar, is looking for DOSM.

The successful candidate must have the energy and initiative necessary to deal with the inevitable problems that will occur in an environment as rapidly changing as modern Myanmar. Candidate must have experience with Myanmar or similar culture and be willing to train local employees and explain things to them. Patience is an essential trait.

The successful candidate must be familiar with sales (maintaining and increasing our sold rooms, through traditional means like travel agents, as well as newer means like the internet), and marketing (eg appropriate advertising).

Ten years of hotel sales and marketing experience in South or East Asia or equivalent locations is required.
