snoop1130
Prosecutor postpones ‘Saipan’ case over inappropriate photos on social media By The Nation File photo: Apinya Sakuljaroensuk or “Saipan” (R) and her boyfriend. Apinya Sakuljaroensuk or “Saipan” an actress age 28 and a suspect in a computer-related crime act, on Friday travelled along with her boyfriend, Nantawooti Boonrapsap, to the Office of the Attorney General for a 9am meeting to discuss their case. Saipan posted a photo on January 4 to her Instagram account without first thoroughly checking the photo, she has claimed. The image included a partial view of her boyfriend’s penis. Saipan previously told authorities that she had focused on her boyfriend’s hand, which held a smartphone. After meeting the prosecutor for about 30 minutes, Saipan made a brief statement noting that the prosecutor had postponed the case to allow for further processing of evidence. It was reported that Saipan had demanded justice for her case. The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) yesterday (Friday) postponed the trial until April 23.
