mmaacc
Could someone enlighten me what the default PIN number for a Happy SIM card is? Trying to set my own to be able to lock the phone but it asks me for an existing PIN. No information in the booklet or on their website and I tried 2 combinations already, only one left . Thanks a lot! P.S. sorry if this was answered here before, unfortunately the forum doesn't allow search for less than 4 characters like "PIN" Edited January 24, 2007 by mmaacc
Norrad
Enter the wrong code 3 times and it will ask you to enter the PUK Code. Get the code off your Sim Card package (it's on the card that you snap the actual Sim card off). Once you enter your PUK code it will ask you to enter a new PIN Code. Hope that helps. What do you do if you don't have the card that you snapped the SIM card off? My phone, with a pre-paid DTAC SIM, is requesting the PUK code. I have no idea what it is. Already tried the DTAC website, which was about as helpful as you'd expect. Do I need to buy a new SIM card? Or a new telephone?

You can make a call to our call center 1678 and press 7 for foreign support. Our call center can give you the PUK code for your num. Thank you for using dtac.
