Life in the UK test centres availability

Hi,

 

Just a heads up to everyone that needs to do the life in the UK test.

 

They availability is shocking! Especially for Leeds. Nothing available to book at Leeds for months.

I have got to take the missus over to Preston!!

 

Visa renewal isn’t until Jan but if there’s anyone out there that needs to pass their test sooner rather than later then I suggest you get it booked ASAP.

I wonder if there are on-line companies block booking tests?

There are a number of sites that 'book' for you and charge a premium for doing what you can do for yourself.

I am surprised that you were allowed to book a test in Preston. I live in Watford and my wife is only allowed to book a test in Watford, Luton, Slough or Hammersmith. She is prevented from booking any test ouside of this area. Why on earth can't you take the test anywhere that you like (or can actually get a booking).
