May 14, 200422 yr 2000 Baht per week. Very clean. Brand new place. Swell getaway / bachelor pad. Chicks dig it. Very quiet. No traffic noise. Close to Nai Harn and Ya Nui beaches and the lighthouse. BUT kind of basic. No aircon, sorry, sleep on mats. Has fridge, sink, shower... If you can't deal with roosters it ain't for you! I always slept with earplugs...
