It happened yesterday early evening in Sisaket, near the bus station. The shooter didn't seem to realize that his action was filmed. Thank Buddha. There's a war. Unbelievable hate and how they jump on the victim's head and kick on him. Happy Songkran !!!

The shot was fired at 19:23.

Remarkable:

in the foreground you see one guy who smells the oncoming trouble and wants to tear away his mate with no success.

But there's absolutely no reason to jump on the victim's head and kick at it after the gunshot.
