Songkran Pictures

A lot of very nice photos, thanks.  I too took quite a few but with a small (non-waterproof) Canon (which survived without a problem).   Walked over a lot of the route (Kad Luang to San Pakoi intersection, back to Thaphae area, north to Sripoom corner, and then west past Kad Suan Kaew) as I rather enjoy seeing the Thais having a whole lot of fun and even somewhat enjoy getting wet when it's that hot out.  My only mild irritation at times was due to some of the falangs who insist on shooting you in the face/ears with their water bazookas.

As was mentioned in another thread, it seems that the Songkran water war here seems to be a little bit less year after year (still a big deal but not as many stages as in past years and the activities on Huey Gaew (other than at the two malls) was way down from prior years.
