CyberGhost discontinues free UK server facilities - R.I.P.

In spite of them making it extremely difficult, up until yesterday I was still able to access a free UK server using CyberGhost.
Now a message comes up cannot anonymise.
This was confirmed me today through their chat on-line facility, due to the fact I was using an old version of CyberGhost. Which has now been discontinued.

My interest lies in one of the streaming services, and in the event that they block CyberGhost from using it, would they refund unused credit.
Here is their response:

I just received a feedback from one of our support and he informed me that we really only accept refunds that are within the 30 days money back guarantee period. This means to say that we will not consider or process refunds beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

This is due to the fact that the main purpose of the CyberGhost VPN is really only intended to protect your internet connection by encrypting the data traffic and replacing the IP address so that your actual location and the information transferred in the web is going to be secured.

The "Unblock Streaming" profile is just an added feature to the CyberGhost application and is still an ongoing process because we are all aware that most of the streaming sites are really blocking VPN users. With this being said, we can't guarantee that all our users will be able to stream freely. What I can only assure you is that whenever our server gets blocked, our developers will continue to find ways to have these streaming websites unblocked.

So my question before I bite the bullet, does anybody know of a FREE VPN that provides a UK server, that is in effect actually, and completely free for an indefinite time, plus unlimited gigabyte usage?

I doubt that you will ever find a completely free VPN that isnt throttled or capped in some way. What would be the point of a company offering such a VPN?

As for Cyberghost, I find them to be useless.
