vogie
Has anyone ever heard of these 'miracle' pills Protandim, they are supposed to make you look younger yada yada yada. Apparently there are two versions to chose from nrf1 and nrf2. My wife has just decided she wants some, but they cost in the region of 5000฿ for two lots of 30 tablets, I suspect very strongly it is another scam, but is it? Bonobojt
Just eat mostly vegetarian without the dairy and little bit of meat and you should age reasonably well. Obviously processed foods, sugar, alcohol, smoking, unhealthy junk foods are not good for your body and ageing.
