All of this haggling should have been done before it was constructed. It's ludicrous to bring it all down. The government has offered to donate it for use to the public. The judge's offered to regenerate trees and blend the whole area into the forest after construction is finished. Pulling it down is ridiculous. It's not the solution. Don’t think the people see the monstrosity of the project before it was constructed. It has reach a point whereby the people don’t trust the junta and the judge with their “solution”. But if that were their excuse. It's pathetic. They all knew about it years ago. It doesn't matter if they trust the junta. This plan was in motion way before the junta.

The plan may before the junta but not the construction design. It was the realization that the design of the project overeach that aroused the people reaction. No excuse for the junta to ignore the people feelings just because they are not elected.

rickudon
I wonder, given the level of deforestation the project has caused on the building site, whether the first heavy rains will result in a big mudslide. Preferably with the court officials in residence!
