Translation service told me I need to get a paper from the US embassy stamped before they can translate and submit

Does anyone know what form this is? Basically just to certify that I am who it says I am on my passport and it's not a fake or something. I've looked at all the notary services and I'm not sure what is the closest one.

You need to get a certified true copy of your passport (shown just after the power of attorney paragraph on the notarial services page).
