There is a catholic church in Chaweng, they might be helpful... However, I think a Buddhist monk doing exorcism could work even better – I've experienced one close to the Cambodia border, he physically removed the bad spirit (jep-jep) – there's a well-known monk in Wat Bang Rak that can catch evil ghosts and spirits, I've seen it, and he use a big knife...
