Mr. Prayuth has only one legitimate boss that has the right to 'give him orders": the Thai people. And they most certainly have not ordered him to do anything - least of all to crush all their basic human and civil rights!

And who is (better say was) the boss of the Thai people???

  • This is so disgusting. All European nations should be giving this Prayut dinosaur the cold shoulder.   We on Thaivisa often complain about the pusillanimity of the Thais - but the same could

  • Maybe so, but it will be a bigger event than the second coming once the state media here are done...

There is no mention of him meeting any head of states. Meetings diplomats and deputy prime ministers mean nothing in the real world.

'Sovereignty belongs to the Thai people'. Those are the words of the Constitution - the highest law in the land!

No they wouldn’t be. They are preparing for the World Cup. Only low level trade diplomats will be available to see him.

He will prob go to the world cup

“Siam is ready and willing to help you develop, etcetera etcetera.”

Retard.

This would be a good opportunity to show the world  some good will and make visa issues less of a hassle,  for the retirees from countries in the visa waiver list.

Indeed, and I can write 'important, take notice of me' on a monkey mask, but it's still just a monkey mask with a scribble on it. Thus is the constitution a huge confidence trick that serves only one purpose and that is to appear to convey legitimacy on one Mr Prayuth.

Now don't start speaking rubbish.

You know very well how the army got in charge.

A tar pit comes to mind. Few medieval castles might have suitable dungeons to host him, say for the next 200 years or so.

Let's hope when he gets back he writes another song about his trip. Perhaps something along the lines of "it's not easy being green". And on that note (pardon the pun), I wonder if he's taking his pet frog with him and what the visa situation will be in that case.

The EU only has one big stick to wave, and that is the access to the EU trading markets. It's a big stick and they like waving it around shamelessly as they have nothing else to make people listen to them. Can see how much a pickle the UK is in over this one point, otherwise it would be a "see ya" and the middle finger. The coup master might as well get ready for one long sanctimonious lecture whilst prancing around in Europe from all kinds of annoying lefty politicians...he will loath it within...haha.

makes you wonder who sets his schedule, but fair do's to the man for getting all the europeans to change their schedules to meet him

" Since the announcement, Thailand has welcomed many European diplomats and attaches including those from England, Italy, and France. "

I bet Scotland, Wales and NI feel left out !!

Is quieting those pesky nuisances demanding democracy taking up too much time? Easy solution. Hold fair elections and abide by the results. Then, he will have plenty of free time to visit anywhere.

Then he can discover how he can travel as freely as Yingluck.

I think there has nothing much to be prepared from european side as nothing has changed within the last years in this country and we can be sure the governemnts in europe know what happens in this country and that they are far from beeing or starting to get into democracy!

So let the thais doing that fun trip. It just cost money of the taxpayers!

There is a dungeon in London next to the Thames river that floods everyday...the prisoner chained to the wall/floor...must have been a nasty way to go...I think its still in perfect working order [emoji1]

Yep in London his visit is the talk of the town , knocked the royal wedding off the front pages !

Yep be 4 planeloads of hangers-on and advisors going with their wives. Look at the benefits he got while in America the last trip. He got the Americans to sell him 220 million tonnes of extra coal Whoopie Do One shipload full. The trip prob cost Taxpayers 300 million
