The Thais are building the new BTS extensions with the cooperation from an Italy Company.  If they don't want to do that by themselves, they should turn over this rescue to people who know what they are doing.

IMO, it seems that they are already at the highest spot in the whole cave. How can they "wait" if the water level is rising up to the area where they're currently sitting? One diver's already dead. How many more have to die?

Sorry, I didn't see any report about that or that the caves cannot completely flood. This is a BBC report from 7 hours ago, so they also didn't get it:

It does seem that the waiting option is not as safe as we were first led to believe.

There is a real dearth of information about the flooding possibilities in the area where the boys have been found (Mrs C tells me that the mound of sand/rock is called "mother's tit" due to its shape), but it is not the highest spot.

 

According to an earlier report, this "mother's tit" area can be flooded up to the ceiling, but there are other caverns which are never flooded. http://www.nationmultimedia.com/detail/national/30349044

The problem is that the caverns that "never flood" are further away from the cave entrance and not easily acessible.

Also "never flood" means there is no record or indication of previous flooding, not that it cannot happen. Information on this distant area of the cave is limited.

"Never flood" doesn't exist at a place that isn't accessible at certain times.
