TOT Fibre - No Internet Today

Featured Replies

My internet access seems to have stopped during last night. LOS light is off (so good signal), but no internet for WLAN connected devices.

Anybody else having similar problems today?

Have no idea what TOT uses but have you tried removing power and let it boot again?  That often fixes things.

Yes. And you are right, the magic of restarting of often effective. Unfortunately the problem continues.

The customer service lines at TOT have been busy, so I was wondering if there was a more wide spread problem.

I should have mentioned, I'm up in Isaan, at Mahasarakham.

No problem, will get through to customer service eventually.

I am in Pattaya and its been on and off this morning (TOT adsl). Modem shows DSL and internet connection, IP address and DNS etc but no actual internet. A modem reboot gets it going for a while then fails again.

I am in Udon Thani and no problems here. BUT,  you guys don't have what I got.  My Landlord is a Master Degree Specialist at TOT, I can LINE him and get service fixed fast. His wife is Police....Hmmm? Can I get protection from the Police? HaHa
