I want to sign up for Amazon Prime, but I don't currently have a working debit or credit card. So looking for a Thai bank solution.

 

Is the Kbank web shopping card good for Amazon? If not, any other recommendations?

Yes, it works internationally. It's backed by Visa and works from outside Thailand (UK) as well.

Yes works just unlock international shopping at the ATM machine and good to go

What's the point? Apart from ebooks, anytime I try to buy from Amazon I'm told

does not ship to Thailand.

I am not an Amazon user but from what I read in the forum there must be quite a range of sellers shipping to Thailand?

I don't know, I have not tried them for a while. No use wasting my time on them, apart

from ebooks of course.

Is the billing address associated with the card important at Amazon?

 

I mean does it have to match the address stored with my kbank account in order for Amazon to accept the card?

I used it several times  buying from Aliexpress , never had a problem , all went swift and quick using K-web card and using the Thai adress for delivery
