Faster Alternatives From Paypal to Bank Account?

Featured Replies

I've a Kasikorn bank account linked to my Paypal account, and transfer funds between them here and there. It takes normally 3-5 working days for a transaction to be processed (even though it says 5-7) which is still annoying, compared to the couple of seconds it takes back home.
Is there a work-a-around that can be undertaken? Maybe transferred the money somewhere else from Paypal, a different online service, and then sending it to Kasikorn? There must be a faster way, this is 2018

If you have an online UK bank account an easy fix would be to link that to your paypal account then do a Transferwise transfer to your Kasikorn account. No doubt other nonThai accounts would work as well, provided TW supports the country currency.

TW also offer 'borderless' bank accounts, really simple to set up even if based in Thailand and are multicurrency. So presumably that could also be linked to your paypal account then a simple TW transfer to Thailand.

Of course any multiple exchange conversions would need to be factored into the costs, although TW do offer very good rates. But minimal delays - TW normally offers next day transfers.
