Manager reported that the local authority in Pattaya acted swiftly to complaints that food vendors were messing up Sai 3 road in Central Pattaya at a fair.

Police, tessakit staff and cleaners were sent to the area after City Hall spokesman Pol Maj Gen Phinit Maneerat received complaints about the trash left by the stalls.

ID cards of the vendors involved were confiscated in order to compel them to pay littering fines.

The only bins I ever see are outside 7-11s.

Scarcity of garbage bins is no excuse for being a pig.

These street sellers are mostly dirty people that should not be in the streets !

Force them to buy a clean food truck or go back to their rice field !

And dont tell me that they do not have any money, as they all own a brand new ugly pickup.

Stupid comment!!!

They don't own the cars!!! The car dealer or the bank own it!!!

And buy a food truck? Where? In Europe or the US? And import it?

This are small business owners. How they can pay it?

Looks like you know nothing about Thailand.

In case you don't know all street sellers with a brain now sell in a food truck.

They are everywhere, open your eyes and you will know more.

You like it or not this is the only truth.

However they pay their truck, they can pay a food truck instead, they are even cheaper.

If it was me all these dirty lowso people would not be allowed to dirt the streets as they always do, since a long time already.

Anyway, talk $hit as much as you want, there is no doubt that what happened on Sukhumvit will happen everywhere, and the dirty sellers will go back to their province to catch crabs in the rice fields.

A converted Volkswagen minibus is NOT a food truck.

Sheesh...

They don't use bins in Thailand , most shops and stalls use small plastic bags they put the trash in .

And then they get rid of the bags on a deserted soi and hope nobody will notice.  Until we'll have a pile of trash.
