Video: Find the motorbike flasher! Rider filmed "pulling the kite strings"

Pattaya News reported on a video that showed a man on a motorbike masturbating in front of a group of Thai ladies in a Pattaya bar.

 

The man was described as tall, wearing a surgical face mask, and riding a blue "automatic" bike. He was using his hand but was not revving the engine.

 

The ladies were described as PR employees.

 

One of the ladies started filming as the miscreant tugged his todger.

 

One of the ladies could be heard asking nonchalantly "who is pulling the kite strings" - a reference to the Thai words "chak wow" used when referring to masturbation.

When I was in my early twenties ( more than 30 years ago) I knew a guy in my home country who owned several lady bars and some motels.

 

He was late fifties at that time, and assumed pretty rich, given the business sector he was in and the real estate and car park he owned.

 

He told me once that often he would drive his corvette and park in front of a bar window, and jerk himself off while looking at the lady in the window.

My TW who is very short once said I was too big in the downstairs plumbing dept.
