Nation-wide public donations launched for dam victims in Laos

All governors have been ordered by Interior permanent secretary Chatchai Promlert to set up donation centres in their respective provinces to accept cash or material donations from members of the public to be sent to help victims from the dam collapse in Laos.

 

In case of cash donations, donors are advised to send their monies to bank account number 0670128864 of Krung Thai Bank’s Government House branch.

 

As for relief materials, Mr Chatchai has instructed that they must be new, up to the standard, not perishable or not expiring. They must be properly packaged so that they will not break or damage during delivery to the destinations.
