A video posted on Facebook showed a Thai man whack his female pillion passenger twice in the head while at the Democracy Monument.

He screams at her in Thai: "Tell me. Why did you do it?"

The video was taken by another pillion rider who said they were out filming the lights on Sunday.

A woman is heard to comment on the ferocity of the slaps.

It comes after the justice ministry spoke of the need to treat domestic violence as a serious offence.

The incident was widely shared after it appear on the page of Thippawan Sridee Woraphimrat.

You seriously have to question why some of these females stay in a relationship with violent, aggressive partners ?

I'm not so sure about this. In many Thai relationships, the woman is in control.

If I was her I think I'd have got off and finished the journey alone... & stayed that way!

I would pay to have this scum charged, or worse.

If they didn't like it, it this day and age, welll........?

Got to keep them in line as Sean 007 says a couple of wacks keeps them in line

Coward, a simple Thai coward.

Just a spoilt little mommy's boy who thinks he's a prince that doesn't have to answer to no-one. What he needs is a damned good thrashing. However, these women are also stupid and brainwashed to have truck with such douchebags.

another brave limp dick son of a bitch!

Something wrong with my connection can’t see the video but seems his connection was ok

Would  somebody please buy that woman a gun.

Yes I agree with your post, but possibly some of those women are afraid to leave for fear of worse treatment from these crazy jealous man-babies.
